Install Azeo Supportapp - Monterey

This guide will show you how to download and install our remote control software on your Mac OS X that runs Monterey 12.x. If you are using Ventura follow this guide.

1. Go to: https://azeo.screenconnect.com/
   
   
2. Click the squares in the top right corner, and then "Build installer"
   
   
3. Enter your company name and choose "Mac OS X" in the dropdown menu, then press "Download"
   
   
   
4. Go to Downloads in Finder and right click the AzeoSupportApp.pkg > Open with > Installer
   
   
   
5. Click "Open" and fulfill the installation process
   
   
   
6. Go to the Apple menu  in the top left corner and choose > System Settings
   
   
7. Go to the security and privacy tab
   
   
   
8. Go to Accessibility and then press the lock in the bottom left, then Click the +
   
   
   
9. Without pressing anything on the screen you can now typ /opt on your keyboard and then press return 
   
   
   
10. Mark the "connectwisecontrol-xxxxx"-app and press Open
    
    
    
11. Make sure that it looks like this:
    
    
    
12. Do the same for Screen recording (if you need help, go back to step 9.)
