Add shared mailbox on Mac

On Mac computers, you have to manually add shared mailboxes to Outlook, here is the guide on how to do it!

1. Click "File" > "Open" > "Shared Mailbox..." when Outlook is opened.

2. Type in the desired mailbox in the search box, and then click "Add"
